All orders placed on our website or through our customer service team are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Reason:

We strive to process and ship orders efficiently and quickly. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team for processing and shipping. Due to this rapid process, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to them once they have been confirmed.

Exceptions:

• We may cancel an order if there is an error in the order or if the product is out of stock.

• Free Shipping is Only For The Website Customers, who have a delivery Timeline of 7-10 working days.
• Deliveries will be made between 11 am to 6.30 pm on weekdays (Mon – Fri)
• Deliveries May be made on Weekends(Sat-Sun) which will be charged extra, because of lack of delivery options available on weekends.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any circumstances beyond Our Control.
